This wine has a youthful character with lively flavours of grapefruit and lemon, complemented by vibrant acidity and a fresh citrus finish.
Vintage information
The 2019 vintage in the Languedoc was very hot and dry. The region received very little rainfall during the growing season and high temperatures at the end of June caused some sunburn to the vines. As a result, the yield was reduced compared to previous harvests. The grapes were harvested in a healthy condition with a good level of acidity. The smaller berry size also resulted in more concentrated flavours.
