Tasting notes

Crisp and elegant, this wine displays fresh citrus aromas complemented with white peach and nectarine on the palate. A lovely texture and a savoury edge. The acidity is nicely balanced, giving the wine good length on the finish.

Vintage information

2020 was a challenging vintage. A very hot and dry spring with some very strong winds led to over flowering, shorter shoot length and a poor fruit set, which meant yields were lower overall. After a bumpy start, the ripening season ended up being relatively cool and extended with the resultant fruit showing great concentration of flavour and lovely bright, natural acidity.
